    Extremely professional group of people. Not only was the service of my vehicle outstanding, so was the attitude of their team. Never met such a friendly group of people. They bend over backwards for their customers!

    I believe that this paint & body shop is one of the hidden "gems" that service Baltimore & Harford County.
    Will Rossbach & his staff make you feel at"home" & genuinely care that you experience will be a positive one.
    The paint on my particular vehicle requires a several step process to match. Will & his crew did an exceptional job. It looks PERFECT.
    I highly recommend this shop for body & paint work.

    I was parked in the parking lot at work and someone scraped the front of my car. He left a note and I looked for a good place to fix it. I called and went down to Genco's right on Rt. 40 and met Will. He looked at my damage and said it was not that big a deal and he could fix it and not "damage" my co-workers pocket too much! Not only did Will get me a loaner car to ride to work, fix my car while I was at work, he also cleaned and vacuumed out my filthy car!!! He went above and beyond and my co-worker was happy the price was right!!! I would suggest going to Genco's if you have any type of scratches, dents or damage to your car. Thank you Will for the great service and if I ever need work again, you'll be the first place I call! Marcia Johnson
