I was in town visiting family and my dog Lenny Kravitz was bit by a cat. He had a large swollen abscess, a fever, etc. i was very worried. I called 7 vet clinics and Life Companions was the only office to fit him in their fully booked schedule. Dr. Kinney and her staff were WONDERFUL-friendly, caring, knowledgeable and helpful!! So thankful for all they did to help my dog, as well as make me feel better about the situation. I HIGHLY recommend this practice to anyone who wants loving, attentive care for their pets!!

My indoor/outdoor cat lacerated the side of her tongue when she was outside. All the vets I called didn't have any emergency appointments available. After a day of not eating I took her to a pet urgent care center. Urgent care gave her pain meds with antibiotics and recommended expensive surgical intervention. I wanted a second opinion and also needed to find a primary vet. I had previously went to Banfield in the past for routine pet care but did not like the service. I called around but most vets were not accepting new patients. One of the vet offices I called recommended I try life companions. I am so happy I did. I was able to see Dr. Kinney a couple of days later, she recommended we wait and see how it healed. My cats tongue healed pretty well in a couple of weeks. My cat was saved from expensive unnecessary medical intervention, plus I found a primary vet.

Dr. Kinney is amazing. She's patient, available, and looks out what's best for her patient. Dr. Kinney demonstrates excellent care and professionalism. Ms. Bonita is fantastic with amazing customer service and despite their busy schedule, she squeezes us in. Even small concerns she will ask Dr. Kinney to see if we can prevent the need of an unnecessary exam.

I truly appreciate their hard work and the love and care they provide to my furbaby.

I only have good things to say about our new veterinarian. Dr. Kinney took great care of my 2 fur babies. The practice is so kind and helped us get records from our previous vet. I believe that Dr. Kinney is honest and won't charge for unnecessary services. They even called the next day to make sure we didn't have any questions or concerns and to check on our pups. Overall great experience!
