    We went to Bob’s last weekend to look around and see what we would like to purchase for our new home. We were greeted by Stephen who was nothing short of incredible. Even though we told him we wouldn’t be purchasing that day he helped us anyway. He listened to everything we wanted and needed, he even wrote up a quote and didn’t think twice. We loved that he never nagged or pressured us into buying and he still gave us exceptional service including some great laughs.

    Of course since he was so wonderful last weekend we not only kept our promise of going back we also added another bedroom set and rugs for our new home. I honestly don’t think 5 starts is enough for everything he did for us. He’s definitely going to be our “go to” if we ever need to add more furniture and trust me when I say if you need a house full of furniture with a great experience, Stephen is who you need to ask for in Attleboro MA!

    Thanks again for everything Stephen and the other members of the team who assisted with our crazy large order, we truly appreciated it!

    Walked into Bob's to purchase furniture for a new apartment and was greeted by Chris. I had some ideas of what I was looking for combined with Chris' expert knowledge I was out the door in about an hour. Chris was able to help find furniture for my bedroom, living room, and kitchen efficiently and I never felt pressured to buy anything. Highly knowledgeable and personable. I would recommend asking for him the next time you visit Bob's.

    This place is hands down the best BOB’s furniture I have been to! Wonderful sales people! After having trouble with our original order due to a couch not fitting in our house, we’ve called many Bob’s locations to try and resolve the issue, even went to a few stores. None were able to help us out and told us to go to the original place where we made the purchase. Stephen was our sales person when we were looking around the store, but we ended up placing the order online. After many attempts to try and get a refund and another couch, we went back to this Bob’s to see if Stephen could help us. Stephen was not in store at the time but a wonderful saleswoman Denise was more than glad to help us out! She quickly gave us a refund and helped us out with getting a new couch! A visit I was dreading at first turned into an amazing experience! Thank you Denise for your time and for helping us out! Also, thank you Stephen for also being an awesome salesman!

    I went in the store unsure what I wanted. Renee (a sales associate) greeted me as soon as stepped foot in the store. She helped me every step of the way. The credit/ financing option was easy with no stress at all. The manager greeted me and made sure I had the best experience! I will be returning!

    Charlie was such a pleasure to work with! He greeted us with a warm hello and answered all of the questions we had with zero hesitation. He was very knowledgeable on the products we were interested in. We are very excited on the purchase of our new Stardust Plush King sized mattress and bed set! We will absolutely ask for Charlie for any of our future purchases and recommend him for anyone looking to buy anything from Bob’s Discount Furniture!
