I visited the T-mobile store on Bond Street in Watertown, MA and had an excellent experience with Shayera, Wilber, Jason and Justin. They were extremely kind and attentive to my needs. They are all very knowledgable and helped set up a new phone due to my prior phone having a hardware issue/not starting. I cannot applaud their customer service skills enough and highly recommend using this store for all of your T-mobile needs. Thank you to their team!

This T-mobile store holds such a warm ambiance. The customer service is top notch with each mobile expert being attentive. Especially the manager Agnes who is always at service and willing to make each client feel welcomed.
