Some of the Best Maple syrup I've Ever had. The tour guide was amazing and super knowledgeable. The reenactments were very cool for the kids
The trail was nice and had interesting attractions all throughout. They showed us how it was made and gave us examples. Overall, very interactive experience
Great place to take the kids lots of fun activities . Even Maple tree tapping !
This is a 2,000 acre forest of oaks, maples and pines filled with miles of well-marked, gently sloping trails. In mid February, we were fortunate to see dozens of trees being tapped for sap, a sugar shack with rows of firewood labeled by year (clearly done by someone with experience), a Pileated Woodpecker demonstrating the most elegant way to obtain insects, the big 50'Ø stone cistern dug into the ground and a great view of Gillette Stadium some 3 or 4 miles away. The only downside is a constant thrum of distant traffic from Rte 95 on the north and west sides of the property. Moose Hill is a beautiful place to walk and relax.
A serene holdout of natural beauty. Truly my favorite home town hike. They may try to lock you in at night though.
