Very helpful and polite plus they can answer your questions you have on any part they carry I wouldn't go any where else because there's no hassle at all even needing to return something you bought there the easiest I've ever had returning merchandise .
Those guys always have what I need. They even have stuff for free. I wanted to rent a blind hole bearing puller. They don't rent tools. They loan them even if you aren't buying the parts from them. I paid a chunk on the card to ensure I would return the tool. They refund 100% when the tool is returned. (Would have bought the part from them but it was an odd motorcycle item they didn't carry.) What more could one ask for?
