Beaumont Emergency Center, Lenox

So very happy with our experience there! Excellent staff. They do still run on hospital time. But very compassionate, knowledgeable, informative, and thorough staff. They kept us"in the loop" at every step, thoroughly explained everything and were attentive to comfort and pain. So glad they're in the neighborhood ! Thank u Lenox Beaumont, u all made a scary situation feel under control and totally handled & safe.

This was probably one the best ER visits I've experienced. Absolutely wonderful staff from check in to check out, efficient, kind, and patient care was phenomenal. Dr Johnson and the nursing staff took their time explaining options of care and answering questions. This will definately be our new go to place. Thank you so much!

Caring, efficient, knowledgeable staff. Doctor explained all possibilities and what he was doing and what he thought and why. The fact that he did not think it neccessary to do certian things and explained why makes me wish there where more like him... good doctors and nurses that care. The nurses were attentive to my situation while doing blood work and proactive about what usually happens. They actually listen unlike others when i say this is what happens and what needs to be do to reduce the possibility. They did all i said and more and were very quick about the process.
I am very pleased with the outcome given my situation and how i typically react to blood draws. Well done Beaumont.

I unfortunately had to visit this ER twice in a matter of a couple days one for myself and one for my son. Each time I was so impressed by how well the care of was! The staff were kind and helpful and worked as quickly as you could in a ER! Dr. Joshua Newson was absolutely wonderful with my 5 year old!! If he had a family practice we would be part of it. Dr. Steven Johnson was also great! Very personable Doctors, genuinely concerned with the desire to help. Typically ER visits are always a nightmare, but not here. Thank you for giving us a safe place to go!
