Our Kenmore vacuum of over 25 years finally bit the dust, literally. We went to Banks Bloomfield Hills location on a quest for its replacement. We were fortunate to have Jimmy help us with this mission. His product knowledge was quite impressive and he helped us choose the right replacement.
