Not only did she provide detailed information about our Spring Break trip to keep all family members informed, but she supported us during the trip as well. My wife and I used Brookside Travel to plan our honeymoon. We ended up deciding to go to Hawaii and Jim was an expert on all of the islands, helped us plan the whole trip from the travel to the resort, to car rental and restaurant recommendations. He knew seemingly everything about the trip and was unbelievably helpful especially when it came to working with the other businesses to schedule the appointments. Even though we had to reschedule our honeymoon due to COVID, Jim was very accommodating and helped us have an amazing trip even if it came at a later date.

I highly, HIGHLY recommend Brookside Travel for all of your travel needs, especially when it comes to booking a Honeymoon! Jim and the team throughly worked effortlessly helping us narrow down our options that fit us best in a timely manner. We had planned our honeymoon for August of 2020 during the depth of the global pandemic and Jim exceeded our expectations of re-booking our honeymoon for July, 2021 with no extra fees. Our first booked honeymoon was through Globus and originally they did not want to give us our deposit back since we had to cancel our honeymoon to Italy due to Covid-19. I had given up on the deposit money and one day Jim called me saying that he had gotten our deposit back for us! He believed we were owed that money and he fought for us! It was the kindest gesture that I had ever seen. He responds quickly and has so much patience in regards to my endless emails and questions that I had. His personable and friendly nature was such a joy to work with! We have referred multiple couples that have gone ahead and worked with Jim that have the same comments that we have about him. After spending weeks trying to put together a trip on our own, we reached out to Brookside to see if the pricing would be better or worse. Jim from Brookside was phenomenal and put together 4-5 packages and destinations for us to look over. After looking them over we decided the look at other destinations, Jim put together a new list of destinations and we found an amazing resort that was exactly what we were working for. If we would have booked the trip it would have been almost double the price that Jim was able to get for us. He worked with us on getting better flights, and we were even able to upgrade our room to an oceanview suite. Booking through Brookside made planning our vacation so easy and once we got to the destination everything was 100% taken care of. We will definitely use Jim and Brookside for all of our future vacations.
