Robert is amazing at the Waterford location. He fix my vacuum cleaners in five minutes, opened up and found the problem right away, and fixed it. I got to test it out and it worked perfectly. It was a simple fix, and he made it as easy as he possibly could. Thank you, Robert.

Serioulsy. These people are the best. So kinda, so responsive, and they just do excellent work. I took my five year old vaccuum in for cleaning and it came back brand new. They are very friendly and wonderful people to deal with!!

I do not regret my decision to go to Bank's to buy a vacuum! Robert was by far one of the best salespeople I have encountered in a long time. He took the time to listen to what I needed out of a vacuum, rather than just sell. His knowledge and expertise takes the guess work out of buying the best vacuum that suits the needs of your home.
