I decided to have my wedding band reset into individual diamond necklaces for my granddaughters. My husband passed away a few years ago and I had wanted to do this but wasn't ready. Waterfall Jewelers made this such a wonderful experience and did a fabulous job of creating a special necklace for my 6 granddaughters. A treasure they will have for a lifetime. Thank you for being so kind and considerate in this emotional time. Now my granddaughters can have Nana and Papa close to their heart.

I had an appraisal done by Shaunna for my wife’s ring and I was beyond impressed by her professionalism, attention to detail and all around friendliness. From start to finish she was a pleasure to work with. Not only that, but I was greeted and made to feel welcome by multiple people while I was there. Very happy with my decision to stop in!
