My name is James Canty and in November of 2021, my wife and I decided to sell our family home with the intent of moving to a suburban community in the Detroit area. As my wife and I raised our 4 children in this Detroit home which we owned for 22 years, this was a major and delicate decision for us. When we began our online search for homes, I received an unsolicited call from a realtor who explained that my online search alerted her firm that we were in the market to purchase a home.
