Didn’t matter if it was a text or a call; if she didn’t answer or pick up right away she did so soon after. On one occasion she was unavailable to show a home and she immediately had another member of her team available to meet with us – talk about great service! We were looking to buy during an incredibly hard time in the market with homes selling quickly, but she stayed a step ahead and showed us a wide variety of homes that would fit our needs (and our budget!).

She did an incredible amount of research for us; keeping an ear out to know when homes were coming available and looking for additional records on homes we were planning to see (permits, etc). In addition, Amy is knowledgeable about unique issues pertaining to older homes which was key for us in our search as a lot of the homes in our ideal neighborhood are much older. This knowledge helped us make an informed decision on what we were OK with versus what we’d rather avoid. The delivery of the information was straightforward and she really treated the situation like she was purchasing the property – she looked out for us and had our families best interests in mind.
