Very clean! I had not been to a laundromat in 20+ years. But my dryer broke and it was two weeks before it was repaired. I was pleasantly surprised and have to say I enjoyed my experience. With the oldies playing I not only got my loads done fast, but it was very inexpensive. Friendly people, and the owner, Paula came in every time to make sure we were all doing well and happy. My dryer is fixed now, but I will always have fond memories of my experience at The Mat. Thank you!

1 washer broke would not rinse or drain so I had to wash again. One of the big washers would not start but took my coins. Good experience with other machines.

The Village Laundry is a clean, small town establishment with plenty of washers and dryers. It is the kind of place where you don't have to keep an eye on your purse or your laundry supplies, and if you leave something behind you can go back a week later and it will be folded and waiting for you. There is no attendant and no bathroom, but you can always have lunch down the street at Frank's and use theirs. Their biggest flaw is that the dryers are not efficient and could use a tune-up.
