Very pleased with their knowledge and attention to detail. Plus the 2-for-1 cleaning special was a good deal.

Our rugs have had a lot of traffic over the past 8 years!! While they have been cleaned many times they never looked like new again, mostly because matted down. After taking them in to Hagopian, they literally look like new. They feel so thick and plush again! Very happy with their service and will definitely use them again. Highly recommend Ann Arbor store.

Little bit of a wait before we were able to get taken care of. They quote you a lower price online then when you bring it in, they indicated Iit was going to be quite a bit more.

We were unable to get an definitive quote, based on stain that they weren't sure if they were able to clean.

They said it'd be at least a month before they could determine a pricing and would call us.

The customer before us had the same complaint about cost. They also leave customers rugs that were dropped off for cleaning,laying on the ground and no other way to get to the front area without walking on it.

I needed to replace a rug pad that had worn out under our wool entry rug. Most big box stores carry an inferior, thin, sticky pad intended more for throw rugs. Hagopian had multiple varieties of what I was searching for and educated me what was best for my use. I was able to take home a custom cut pad the same day. It has the perfect amount of cushion and rug grip so the rug does not creep. Very pleased!

Just had my grandmother’s antique handmade area rug cleaned and repaired. The colors are really popping out now. The binding and fringe repaired. Very pleased.
