  This place went above and beyond with my estimate. Progressive wouldn't do their job and send an adjuster, so the owner took it upon himself to call my insurance company to see what was going on. He not only did their job, but made sure I had my car back in a reasonable amount of time. You have my business for any future needs! Hands down the best place in town. I love your pugs too!

  Recently had a side collision, needed two doors and mirror replaced. I first contacted a few of the corporate chain type collision centers and had to wait a week to make an appointment for them to consider an estimate. From there, it would take 60 to 90 days before they could commence work.
  I then called Ann Arbor Auto Body. A total of only 10 days elapsed between the first phone call and the completion of the actual work. The price seemed reasonable compared to what was estimated elsewhere, and the quality exceeded my expectations. Give these guys a shot next time you get in a jam!

  This is a family business slightly further down on Jackson than the other collision shops. These guys are fast and reasonable and trustworthy! They fixed my car within one week, when some of the other places were telling me that they wouldn’t even touch it until May, because they were so fully booked! Also, they ended up saving $500 on my initial estimate, because they didn’t need to change some of the parts after all. I recommend them highly to anyone!!

  I recently took my Hyundai Sonata to Ann Arbor Auto Body to get my bumper replaced and they did an amazing job.
  I was very impressed with the work. My car looked brand new.
  
  The price was very fair and the work was done quick. The owner is easy to talk with and easy to get a hold of. No complaints at all.

  They did a nice job fixing some scrapes on my Subaru. The work was done when promised and it looks great! Paint color seems to match exactly. They were less expensive than Whitney’s, which was important to me since I was paying out of pocket and not using insurance. Email communication during the process was very helpful and timely.
