Heritage Collision

Everything about my experience with Heritage Collision was first-rate: 1) Actual repair costs aligned with what my insurance company estimator thought they should be. 2) Heritage worked with me to arrange for the work to be done while I was out of town, saving me money and hassle. 3) Communication between Heritage and me by email, text, and in person was excellent. Heritages's regular progress reports on the repairs while I was out of town gave me assurance that work was being done and would be complete when I got home. In fact, Heritage finished the work in less than a week's time, earlier than expected. 4) I was blown away by how clean my car was both inside and out when I retrieved it from Heritage. It hadn't looked so good since the day I took it home from Sesi Motors in Ann Arbor who recommended Heritage to me after my new car suffered some rear-end damage.

Everyone I spoke to there was very friendly and professional. Mel explained everything right up front and answered all my questions, even after the work had started. Afterwards, I was impressed by the excellent quality of the bodywork and painting they did. I was especially surprised at just how beautifully clean the entire car was when I picked it up. I would definitely recommend Heritage to friends and family.
