I have told all my family and friends to go to Cook's Auto Body. They are honest, fast, reliable and their prices are unbeatable. My wife's Nissan Pathfinder slipped on a black ice and we decided undertake the repairs without the help of our insurance to avoid increasing our premium. I could not believe my eyes when they got done with the job. The price was about half of what others were asking from us. Don't take my word for it, go there and experience it for yourself.
I recommend this shop to everyone. I don't typically write reviews on anything, but this shop deserves recognition. I have stressed about my car situation for 3 months now because of a car accident. The airbag still wasn't ready after 3 months of agonizing stress. I am thankful for Pat who diligently assisted me through this waiting process. He helped me work out getting someone to listen and help give me a loaner car while I wait for an airbag and just the way he talked me through this stressful process definitely lighten up the weight on my shoulders. A little goes a long way and when I need it the most Pat was always there making sure the dealer is working on an airbag for my car and he was able to help lift my spirit when everything else is falling apart in my life due to the stress of this car accident. I hope this shop sees my review especially Pat because I want to thank him from the bottom of my heart for his patience, kindness, and professionalism.
If I ever need a body shop to fix my car(s) again for any kind of accident I am definitely going back to Cooks.
Amazing, Amazing, Amazing. These guys take care of me like I am their own family. They tell me when something is broken, or about to break if its necessary, or if I can get a few more miles out of it. They can always get me in the same day, and almost always get my vehicle back the same day (before I am off work even) when needed! They always search for the best prices on parts and are professional and courteous 100% of the time. Its hard to find a mechanic you can trust. These guys are 1 in a million. Rates are more than reasonable. Love them!
