Sacred Space Birth Services

I had a homebirth and wanted to make sure our toddler was taken care of so my husband could be 100% there for me during labor/delivery. I ended up having our 2nd baby in the middle of the night and our toddler never woke up during it. Jen came over still just incase our toddler woke up. It was very comforting knowing we could rely on Jen as a sibling doula, she is so kind & down to earth. She even made our toddler breakfast for that morning before she left. We would definitely hire her again! 🙂

I utilized Jen's services as a post partum doula after the birth of my 3rd child. Both her and Kara were so wonderful, flexible and a lifeline of support for me as I tried to navigate breastfeeding, school drop offs and adjusting to having a 3rd child. They both had such a calming and supportive presence and made all the difference for our family. If I could ever convince my husband for a 4th child, I would hands down want Jen present for the birth and for support services after. She is a wealth of knowledge and just an all around amazing person. I just can't say enough wonderful things about her!

My wife and I had Jen as our doula through our birthing process. Having her on our team was amazing. She helped prepare us for something we had never done before and made us feel very confident. When it came time for birth, she came over when my lab outing wife asked. We had a long birth, and she was so important for the positive outcome we ended up having. Between making sure my wife was taken care of, making sure I was still doing ok, and the most comfortable transition period for my wife she was a rock star! After our little boy arrived she supported us with lactation consulting and man was she a godsend! After making a clinical plan for us, we saw our little boy change and it was amazing! We are so glad we met Jen and so excited to have her a friend forever :)

Jen was my doula for my second birth. I wanted a supportive, knowledgeable, caring and reliable person who was down to earth and respectful and supportive of my birth preferences. She was all that and more. We are forever grateful for working with her and having her be a part of our son’s birth.

Jen was a wonderful addition to a beautiful homebirth. She was kind, attentive, caring and compassionate. Both the mother and her partner were well supported, both during labor and immediately postpartum. She is a fantastic doula and it was a joy to watch her serve women.
