We recently had Roberts' Residential Remodeling convert our unfinished second floor to a master bedroom, bath and walk-in closet at our 1939 home in St Paul’s Midway. After considering various remodelers, we selected Roberts' for several reasons. Probably the most important was the fact that they have an in-house cabinet shop. Our project had a number of built-in storage units and we were impressed with Roberts ability to customize the cabinets to what we wanted. In addition, their employees are professional, competent and easy to work with. They take pride in their work and it shows. Working on an older home can mean many quirks in the remodeling process and our Project Manager, Designer and Carpenters were able to make changes/adjustments when needed. While Roberts wasn’t the lowest bid we received, the quality of craftmanship and our joy and satisfaction with the finished space was well worth it. Perhaps the best testament to their work is the fact that we have hired Roberts to start a second project without considering other remodelers. We highly recommend Roberts' Residential Remodeling!

Last year about this time I was planning an extensive kitchen remodel. After looking at all of the homes on the fall Remodelers Showcase, I chose Roberts Residential Remodeling and I was not disappointed. From the planning stage to completion they were professional, honest and a pleasure to work with. The project was completed on time and I am over the moon happy with the quality of their work. I would absolutely use them again for another project.

We hired Roberts Residential for two home projects over a couple of years which included upgrading our 1980s kitchen and three bathrooms. Chris and Kory were great to work with! They listened to what our desires were and also provided some good insight on how to make it happen in a logical cost-effective way. With any construction project, good communication is essential between the homeowner and contractor. Before each project started, Kory laid out a timeline as to what and when things were going to take place and pretty much followed it through to completion and kept us informed throughout. The sign of a good contractor is if you would hire them again if you had it to do over. We did just that!! After seeing how they completed our kitchen remodel with great craftsmanship and quality, we decided to have them do our bathrooms which also turned out great! We would highly recommend their services for any home remodel project that you might have.

The Roberts' team did an amazing job on our family room remodel. They turned a dated, underused room into the center of our home. We spend almost all of our time there, now. They were creative in their designs, including the construction of a built-in cabinet and a custom free-standing media console. They cared for our nearly 100 year-old home like it was their own. We loved working with the whole team.

Nothing but great things to say about everyone at RRR! Our expanding family needed an expanded house and we were novices on remodeling. We knew we wanted to stay in the neighborhood and had looked into several different options to either remodel our house or move. After looking into everything we thought we had to move until the designers at RRR came up with a plan to add a story to our existing house.
We were thrilled at the thought of staying and were so happy with the designs we got from RRR. We ended up going with the third drawing they customized for us and started in on the project.
The experience they have really came in to the value of the entire project once we began. Their advice on every aspect of the project--which was a 9 month timeline so plenty of questions from us--was spot on, timely and well communicated. They even directed us to a banker who worked helped us through the financial aspect of everything is a great manner.
The quality of the work, now almost 5 years after it was completed is exceptional. As with any project of this size there were small issues but those were handled quickly and they continue to provide support us with any problems that come up!
We were so pleased with this project that when it came time to finish our basement we went back to them. That in and of itself is the best endorsement! From small jobs to entire remodels they do an excellent job with professional workmanship, attention to detail, and amazing customer support.
