Brittainy Mapson is just fantastic! She really understands the true meaning of "customer service." Very professional, courteous, proactive (like calling to see how things are going), and willing to take the time to make sure I got the best possible experience from my hearing aids. I tried several hearing aids before I found them at Sam's Club, and Brittainy gave me the best I have yet owned. I would recommend Brittainy and Sam's Club for hearing aids to anyone. Brittainy is a very knowledgeable professional. I was visiting family in Eagan and developed a problem with one of my devices. She quickly identified the problem and fixed it. In addition to fixing the problem she offered advice on how to prevent future problems. Not only is she a well trained professional, she also has outstanding customer service skills.

I was a little apprehensive when I went in to see Brittany at Sams Club in Eagan. I figured I would fail the hearing test and didn’t know if I was ready for hearing aids.

Brittainy did an incredible job explaining all of the advantages of getting hearing aids before your hearing gets even worse. She is super knowledgeable and very friendly.

After my first 24 hours with my new hearing aids, Brittainy followed up with a phone call to see how I was doing. I absolutely love them and really wish I would have gotten them sooner. Definitely a better quality of life when you don’t need to ask everyone to keep repeating what they’ve said.
