Every neighbor is friendly and minds their own business. Been here now for 7 years or so and never had a problem.

Management company is minimally involved in a good way. Not overbearing and really makes you feel as though this rented space is yours.

Maintenance requests are fixed in a timely matter the big things are fixed very quickly.

The maintenance team is excellent and always gets the job done.

When you first walk in your first impression may be the hallways which are very minimalistic, the apartments themselves are nice.

I've seen recently other people's experiences with other apartments and I consider myself lucky.

While the building and apartments aren't luxury living the experience for me has been five stars.
