I moved into my apartment at Diamond Lake Properties (DLP), Minneapolis in 1994. In November of this year, I will have lived in my “apartment home” for the last 28 years. It has been a wonderful place to live and the location is perfect. Being close to a drug store, grocery store, gas station, bus route, restaurants, and freeways is a big plus living at DLP too.
Over the years we have had numerous apartment managers. All have been very good, but I have to say, Tracy who is here now, may be the best manager yet. When things need to be fixed, Tracy listens and gets it done. I hope she never leaves!
The driveway from the street to the parking lot in the back of the building and the parking lot itself has had potholes develop over the last year or so. The daily traffic from the parking lot to the street and our Minnesota winters have not helped matters. But recently, both the driveway and the parking lot were repaved and restriped! Thank you to the owner of Diamond Lake Properties for fixing our parking lot!
