Lonsdale Auto Works has a very friendly and helpful front desk. They make sure your work order is accurate and are very timely on repairs. Their mechanics do a thorough job of completing all our repairs. We have brought in 7 vehicles in the last month ranging from tires, water pump, fuel pump, oil changes, belts alignment and suspension. Each job was handled professionally and completed on the time line they provided. Overall I am completely satisfied from the customer service, repairs and pricing.

Needed a quick tow out of some deep snow and I called and set up a time and the tow lasted all of ten minutes. Quick and easy and the next day my insurance wrote me a reimbursement check. Great service.
