Last year when a storm moved through a tree feel on my vehicle. Given the other insurance agents I had had, I was dreading the process of getting my vehicle fixed. I made one phone call to Melissa and they took care of the rest. They made the whole process as pain free as that situation can be! Thank you Melissa, your team and American Family.
