I noticed that my bill didn’t seem quite right, so I called up my friendly local State Farm agents just to chat with them about why it was getting so high.
Missy dug around in my account for me and found the problem. She immediately notified corporate and followed up with them and me. She followed through, and I got a nice prorated refund.
