    Gave a call about selling some silver bullion, and rather than make a little money off of it, the guy recommended me to call directly to an assayer in St Paul... I just thought that was really honest of him. He said "it would be cutting me out of the middle, but in the end it'll be much less back-and-forth for you". So although I've never been to the shop, I thought that honest call and dealing with their customer service deserved a positive review.
