I purchased a bullfrog A8 from Eric at Minnesota Hot Tubs in Lake Elmo and couldn't be happier with the level of customer service that he provided from start to finish. Eric invited us down to the shop for a wet test and he spent well over an hour explaining all that bullfrog had to offer and how they differed from conventional hot tubs. He was very knowledgeable, professional and patient with us as we had A LOT of questions being 1st time buyers. Eric was very upfront and honest when comparing different options on the market. After soaking in 2 hot tubs that were on display we left to think things over only to come back the next day to purchase the A8. We loved the experience so much that we were willing to wait 9 months to get it because of the power of the jets and the ability to customize our hot tub with specific jet packs that we choose. The power of the jets on a bullfrog are 2nd to none and it truly gives you an amazing massage as advertised. Eric continued to provide email updates throughout the entire process and now that we have it, was totally worth the wait. The delivery was just as smooth with on time delivery and very professional and friendly service. The delivery crew made sure that everything was setup, cleaned up and answered all our questions before leaving. As I mentioned earlier this was my 1st time owning a hot tub so I reached out to Eric and had several questions about water chemicals, maintenance and how to use certain programs. Eric personally drove to my house (same-day, during a heavy snow storm) to help me balance my water and setup my hot tub. I can't tell you how much I appreciate his help and how impressed I was that he would come out and spend an hour making sure he answered all my questions. As if he didn't do enough already he gave me the extra chemicals that he brought with him. I can't recommend Minnesota Hot Tubs in Lake Elmo enough, Eric is not out for your money, he truly wants to you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Even though we had to wait several months from purchase (which Eric advised us on at time of purchase due to COVID delays) Eric and the entire staff kept us updated on the status of delivery and promptly answered all of our questions along the way. Once delivered (very professional and friendly delivery team), Eric took time (on a snowy day) to come to our home and make sure we had everything set up correctly and made sure we were happy. Being new to owning a hot tub, this was very valuable. We love our new hot tub and 100% recommended Minnesota Hot Tubs!!!

I got my hot tub a little over a month ago. We shopped around to several other retailers in town and finally landed on this one. We choose MN Hot Tubs based on the hot tub that fit our needs and the sales guy Eric. There was some lead time purchasing the tub which was explained when purchasing, it came in when it was expected to. Delivery was on time and good. For starting it up the first time Eric made sure we knew we could call him for help in getting the chemicals right or any other questions. We filled it up and brought a water sample in for testing. Based on the sample results Eric recommends and writes out the amount of chemicals to use and timing. Worked well. A few weeks later I had additional issues in getting the water right. I brought in a sample again for testing. Based on those results we adjusted the chlorine and we are good to go again! When shopping at MN Hot Tubs you are not only buying a hot tub but also getting the support and easy ability to ask questions about your tub and water - which is what has made my experience a very positive. Highly recommend.
