Hi, I visited DSC yesterday (Saturday) with my family, and all the problems mentioned in the 1 star reviews have been eliminated. Masks and gloves are being worn. Hair is pulled up in a hat, and the service is EXTREMELY fast. There was a line nearly out the door and we were in and out in 6 minutes. Also, portions are well above other shops in the same category. I ordered a medium tiger's blood for $4 and it was more than enough. I hated to look and see the bad review the store was given just because of the early Covid issues. Everything is running smoothly and I hope this review encourages you to try it.

Have been numerous times. Friendly, attentive staff! Love this place! I asked for light syrup on my snowball and I got light syrup. I say that because most places don’t listen and put extra syrup! The Biscoff ice cream is by far my fav!

Great place to go to on a hot day. Try the Salted Caramel ice cream, it is awesome.

Great little spot with all the right flare and taste. If you are out and want something truly to hit that sweet spot Desoto Snow & Creamery is the place to go. Their New Orleans style snowballs and WIDE selection of ice cream will will put a smile on everyone in your party. Pro Tip: snowballs take a little bit of time but they are a true work of art. They make their own in house ice to make sure every bite is perfect.
