(November 11, 2018, 1:30 pm)Well I've been living with friends for the last 10 years and not the best of credit after a divorce but have a great job now and after talking with Terry he approved me for a place. The house is clean and so far seems to be a safe place with great neighbors. I had a problem with my outdoor light sensors and fixtures and it took a few days which it wasn't a emergency repair like hot water or heat so understandable. He had the repair guy replace one fixture and fix the other. I'm very happy with my place and the service I have revived from Terry Flood. I also like that they gave me a good amount of paper work explaining how to get set up for all my services with phone numbers and all. The place is not a luxury apartment or house by any means but it suites me for now and I do plan to move up to a nicer place with him in a couple of years as my credit and income afford. If you think I'm an employee of Terry or getting anything for this great review I am not so no fake news here. I'm Robert Alvarado and I'm happy with Terry Flood. THANK YOU!

The fears of things breaking and going unfixed were quickly put aside when the AC went out and within 24hrs a new one was installed and running. They were quick to handle any concern we had, stayed on top of communication via phone, text and email and worked with us to find a solution to our lease when life threw us an unexpected curve-ball!!
Communication with their office was key to everything and made for a wonderful three year experience renting.
I would recommend their office to anyone!! -

(June 15, 2018, 9:45 am)My family has been renting from Terry Flood for two years now. Anytime we have had something break they have sent someone out the same day. I have no complaints... My next door neighbor has been renting from Terry Flood for 7 years.. She has no complaints either..
