She always takes care of any work orders and will let you know if there is a wait on any work orders. So helpful My daughter and I think she is the best and will miss Jefferson Manor and the Manager and the Maintenance crew, so polite and professional...Great and safe place to live ...........I would give this [place Ten stars if allowed .....Also i would like to add I like when The Manager Rena sent out flyers on No Fireworks ... She has been always about Safety which that Is why I moved to Jefferson Manor . Well Done Rena ......Grounds look great

(May 8, 2018, 5:00 pm)This is the most relaxed living environment I've been in; probably because for the first time its MY OWN place... But even still. Minus a few hiccups; I love it here. The office manager is very kind & always strives to make the residents feel heard. Maintenance team is fast and efficient should you need repairs; and after hours security is prompt in responding if ever an incident occurs. I have absolutely no complaints at all!
All in all; I give it a 10/10.
