  I don't shop at PetSmart very often. I tend to prefer to shop at smaller, local pet stores but I needed some Chinchilla food. I saw online I could order it for pickup, but I was going to be in the area sooner than I thought, so I figured I would just run in and pick it up. I couldn't believe the food was $5 more in the store than it was online! The reason I am still giving them 5 stars is because I asked an associate about it and without hesitation, he said, not a problem, just show them the price at the checkout and they will honor the online price. The promotion was buy one get one 50% off so I thought I would have a problem with the price match but I grabbed the two bags and went to check out. No problems what so ever! I showed her the online price and she charged me the lower price on the first one and the 50% off the lower price on the second.

  A HUGE selection of pet food (kibble, fresh, & raw), toys, crates, carriers, and beds, treats, chews, dishes/feeders, and even costumes, with perpetual clearance and holiday sections for discounted prices. Friendly and helpful staff and the vet and grooming services offered here are quality. Only two drawbacks: 1) Not the best prices and 2) it always takes forever to check out. Pets welcome.

  Nice friendly staff. Was able to return the boots I bought the next day because they were too small for my baby girl.

  This is the best pet store I’ve been to in a really long time. It was super clean and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I got a great deal on some very healthy fish and I’m very happy.
