I've been going to the Animal Medical Center since 2004. They have changed a lot over the years but their care and the well being of my pet always seemed top priority. Simply stated it's a trusted establishment
for me.
My husband and I recently moved to Kansas City, Missouri, and unexpectedly found ourselves in need of a vet for our older dog. AMC was so understanding and caring, fitting us in short notice to take care of June Bug. We are so incredibly thankful for their fantastic care. If you are looking for a wonderful vet, look no further!
First time there this morning. Amazingly friendly staff, super attentive veterinarians, and super clean environment. They immediately offer payment plans and packages which was incredibly welcomed. This is definitely my new go to veterinarian.
The people at the front counter were very nice. When I arrived for my appointment. I called and checked in and someone came out to my vehicle. And they carried my cat carrier inside to the exam room. And the Dr. & assistant came in shortly to examine, give shots, and nail trim for my cat. They both were very nice also. Thanks for reading.
I recently took my cat to this clinic for a possible broken tail. The vet did not believe the cat's tail was broken and provided a pain relieving anti-inflammatory. BUT what struck me most was the clinic's FANTASTIC bedside manner. The vet put my mind at ease, but more than anything helped calm my cat, she was truly freaking out. I've read some of the comments on here and can honestly say my experience was not like what some are saying. In fact, I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience. The clinic is newly owned, last 18 months I was told, so maybe the old owner had a different approach which resulted in dissatisfaction, i don't know. I trust the vet and will return to the clinic for my vet needs.
