Had to replace my old computer. The Geek Squad techs that helped me were pleasant, polite, and professional! They gave me several options for a new computer, and helped me to download the files from my old computer to the new one, so I didn't lose any important documents or photos! They made a difficult situation much easier!!
Very pleased with Agent John who was very courteous in dealing with my computer issue to my satisfaction.
My computer broke and couldn't be repaired so they replaced it. During the diagnosing and repair attempts not only did I get email notifications, I also got phone calls with updates on the status of my old computer. The staff was extremely professional and courteous. The staff was extremely helpful and patient in setting up my new computer and made sure I didn't have any questions before I left.
I just purchased a computer for my son and we had trouble hooking it up . . .and we couldn't get the screen hooked up . . .Zack (from the Lee's Summit , MO Geek Squad) was the one who answered my call. He was extremely sweet, patient, professional and took care of us. The computer is working great. Thank you, Zack!
