  I have been going to The Tiffany Springs Honda dealership about four years now. Currently I drive a 2020 Honda Accord,(Great Car by the way) I've had nothing but good experiences each and every time. There service department is exceptional. I usually go to Jason Fry (Hès a Great Guy), he greats me and basically takes care of what ever I need done in a timely manner. I have never had to bring back my car to have something fixed twice. (I REALLY like that). You have a great team there. Hats off to a job well done.

  Monday at 8am so should of expected chaos. Dozen cars lined up and no one to be found for 10 minutes, first timer so was not sure to do. Nearly drove off! Finally a rep showed up - set me up and 90 mins.Later I was out. Good service but below experiences Ive had at other Honda dealers. Comfortable lounge but vending machine?

  My experience with Honda of Tiffany Springs has been unequivocally positive. Great car buying experience and straight forward, dependable service experience. Recently I was told a part would be in at 9 AM the following day. Literally at 9:01 AM the next day I received an automated call that my part was in. An hour or so later Mitchel, the service technician, called and told me to come in at my convenience. This dealership has delivered on both promises and expectations. I enjoy being a their customer!

  I arrived a little before my appointment time and was taken right away. I was escorted to the waiting area which was very clean and after about an hour, Mitchel came to advise the oil change was done but there were a couple of other things that were recommended. He explained them all very succinctly and shared that one really needed to be done at this time but the other two could wait until my next oil change if that was my preference. He was patient, kind, and very professional. Within 15 minutes, I had paid and was on my way. It was a positive experience and why I will continue doing business with Honda of Tiffany Springs.

  We recently purchased a vehicle from Maurice "Moe" Murry at this location!! Just an all around great experience with an all around great guy! One of the smoothest transactions I've ever experienced! Everyone at the dealership was so friendly and welcoming. But a special shout out to Maurice, who made us feel like family and not customers and we really appreciated that!!! If you're in the market for a vehicle, please stop by and ask for Maurice, you will not be disappointed!!!
