  Absolutely love this complex as it is my first apartment! I’ve been here almost a year and love the leasing office staff and maintenance.
  I do feel there should be cameras if possible, placed near the entrance/exit gates; I’ve witnessed many cars driving into the complex through the exit gate and I believe it caused the gate to be damaged. I love the security I feel living here but when the gates are constantly broken, it makes me feel a bit on edge.

  The maintenance at this facility is top notch. The office staff at this facility is top notch. The problem with this facility is communication with insurance and things of that nature. I had to have my insurance provider of 35 years. Try to contact the insurance for rental issues and it was impossible for him and he is a clu. That is like having a p h d in insurance. You said the company that took over the renters insurance policies are only interested in selling insurance and make it extremely difficult for me to prove which should be extremely. Easy that I actually have renters insurance which I had to have in order to get my apartment. My insurance agent said it was the most difficult apartment management system he. Has ever dealt with in his thirty five years of working with these issues. I think he said laughable. Just getting through the red tape on the internet was a fiasco. I guess if you're good at jumping through hoops this is a great place for you to live. If you do not like jumping through hoops I suggest you go somewhere else. Lucky for me my soon to be ex wife is good at jumping through hoops and understood all the bull that came with the application.

  I've lived here for 3 months and I absolutely love this place. Jamie was so nice in helping us find the perfect layout for my boyfriend and I because we were expecting a baby. The maintenance staff is wonderful. I love how timely maintenance requests get taken care of. Doug came and fixed a request we needed fixed the day after we sent the request in. If you're looking for a place to live, the Enclave is the place to be.

  This review is for maintenance team. Thank you to the maintenance team for taking care of us when we call!! We had a bad sewer back up last night and maintenance came in and stepped all the way up. They stayed until it was completely done and for that I am grateful! We appreciate you!!😊

  We fall in love with The Enclave at Winghaven from the first day we moved here. I really liked St. Charles floor plan as it has large living room and storage on patio. As far as I know O’Fallon is the safest city in Missouri and I promise you will definitely enjoy The Enclave.
  
  One of the things I especially like is the large pool and spa. Also there is a car wash in the community.
  
  Our daughter spends her day at the playground and library which is located nearly.
