Altair At The Preserve

I have lived at the Altair for two years and I love it. First off, the amenities are amazing and the property is beautiful and well kept! I always describe it as feeling like I live at a “resort”. I love the tall ceilings because it makes the room feel so much larger and the kitchens and bathrooms are very tastefully designed. Anytime I have an issue the office always responds, very friendly, as well as maintenance is very quick to respond. This complex is also easily accessible to hwy 40/64 which is a big plus! I would definitely recommend the Altair to anyone looking g for a new home!

We have been with Altair for three years now and we are very pleased with them. The amenities are great, especially our beautiful and spacious community room. The grounds and buildings are well maintained. Maintenance staff are quick to respond and Altair is always maintaining
the property with pest spraying, concrete sealing, parking lot fixes and window cleanings. We are proud to say we live in this community.

Moved in over a month ago and can't say enough about how helpful Kate was with the process. Love our space. The community is well kept, lots of walking spaces for my pups. The apartments are very modern and I just can't get over how happy my husband and I are here. 24 gym access to a major plus for me with the hours I work.

I was looking for a property that offered the amenities I would be losing when my marital home was sold. To my delight, Altair at the Preserve had it all, and then some. Fire pit, hammock area, grilling stations, best kitchen layout of any place I visited, with ample storage. The grounds are kept very nicely and heading to the pool after work has been a delight. Bristina and her team have been great to work with, and I really appreciate the heart they have for not only serving the community but also providing great Residential events that also support small business.

I’ve just renewed for my second year living at Altair at the Preserve. My overall experience has been pleasant with very minimal and minor inconveniences. Kate Deffendall in the front office always replies swiftly to my emails when/if I have questions and Jordan in maintenance comes immediately to my door if I have any home issues (very rare). The timing of trash valet has been inconsistent, but the new company does offer recycling, which is a new plus. My only issue has been with outside companies having to come in for maintenance, resulting in me having to lock my dogs away for multiple days instead of just the one day they told the office they’d be completing the work. The community is VERY quiet and peaceful and dog friendly as well. You will not find larger patios in any other complex I can promise you! I typically have the amenities like the gym, fire pit, and dog park, even the pool sometimes all to myself! The office goes above and beyond to host fun events for their residents and their families and friends. The Rent has unfortunately increased, but is expected with all the new complexes popping up in the area. I’ve really loved my time here at Altair and looking forward to another year calling it home.
