(March 8, 2023, 8:34 pm)We love Hi NRG, we drive all the way from Wright City and it's worth it. My daughter started in July and she's already doing back handsprings and back tucks. Great positive atmosphere. And it has helped her develop muscles that really helped with her wrestling.

(February 27, 2023, 7:14 pm)Great place and very enthusiastic staff, however there’s always no place to sit. You have to arrive early to get a seat, otherwise you’re left standing the whole hour your child is in class.
