F45 Training O'Fallon Dardenne Prairie

I’ve been to other F45s and this is one of the top ones!! Everyone is SUPER nice and because the weekdays have a smaller class size it has a closer knit type of feel! Highly recommend this gym!! The workouts are amazing. I love coming in and not having to think about what to do like in a regular gym!

I just completed my 8th workout session with F45 O'Fallon Dardenne and I love this place. All of the coaches seem to truly care about your health and goals. Each day has a different workout plan using different equipment and you will never get bored. I also really like that you get paired up with another person for the workout and the two of you get to be each other's support and cheerleader.

I tried several gyms in the area last summer and F45 O’Fallon Dardenne Prairie became my favorite. The helpful and super friendly coaches, the straight-to-training no-wasted-time circuit-style sessions, the proximity to my location, the special fun sessions on the weekends - they win overall. Five stars!

I've done a lot of different workouts and training programs over the years, and F45 Training is a must do! The coaches are awesome! The facility is clean. You never leave without a good sweat and it's always a good time. Most importantly, you're done in 45 minutes! Take a friend and you will never want to go to another box gym again. Highly recommend taking Quinton's classes! There are no classes you should miss!

I exercised at this facility for a little over 2 weeks while I was on vacation visiting my best friend. It was an amazing experience!!! I really love it there!! I’ve lived in other states and countries, been to so many different gyms. This is by far the BEST place I’ve ever exercised at. The people there are AMAZING, they made me feel so welcomed from my very first day. The coaches are educated, passionate about working out and very motivating. You get good quality workouts! There’s no way your body will not transform from working out at F45. They really push you out of your normal day in and day out gym routine. If you live in the area and you have not check this place out, I honestly don’t know what you are doing with your life. You are missing out. Go visit F45, set some goals and let them help you crush them. F45, I’ll see you when I come to visit MO again 👊🏾
