My single handle Moen shower started having issues and wouldn't produce water when I would turn the handle. It was caused by a seized cartridge (Moen 1222).

When I attempted to remove the cartridge, half of the cartridge broke inside of the shower valve. The gentlemen from Pierson Plumbing were able to remove the broken half of the cartridge and discovered that the previous person would worked on my shower did not grease the cartridge and allowed it to seize over time due to sediment buildup from the hard water that comes into my house.

My shower now works perfectly fine and has never operated this smoothly before. Thank you for a fantastic job.

We hired Pierson Plumbing to help us with our low water pressure issue. We were lucky to have found the right place! JR came to my work place and immediately diagnosed the potentional issue. A couple days later, he came to switch out our pressure reducing valve and knocked out a bunch of gross gunk that built up in our pips! Pierson Plumbing does great work! They installed a sink in our garage, a drain pan in our laundry room, and an outdoor faucet. They are trustworthy, friendly, personable and professional. They do quality work for a fair and reasonable cost. Most importantly they made us feel comfortable about their services and did not make us feel like we were being taken advantage of. Truly a great find for us and anyone else that uses them.
