  While I couldn't use them for my plumbing, they walked me through exactly what I needed to do to fix my issue, a video of how to do so, aswell as scams to avoid. While I can't use them for work in Jefferson County, I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends solely on that transparency!

  I very much respect a business that is willing to reach out on the phone and talk me through what ended up being an easy self-repair that saved me the cost of a service call.   We had been having a problem in our bathroom where the pipes would leak water to the floor every time we turned the faucet on. The 2 Jakob brothers came, diagnosed the problems, and installed a new faucet, drain, and pipes.They explained what they were doing, did a beautiful job and thoroughly cleaned up the area they were working in. They were very professional as well. I told one of the brothers that I liked the caulking job he did around the pedestal sink and not only did he show me how to caulk, but he left the rest of the caulking tube with me so I could practice caulking for our shower. Highly recommend!

  We have used Ronny & Gary Jakob for our family's plumbing needs for a very long time. They are extremely professional very reliable very Honest. Their Company had really help me out when my husband was on a Navy Deployment and the main drain backed up.
  I highly recommend & Trust both of them.
