Tony was quick to resolve an issue I was having with a certain part that I received from another vendor. I spoke with him directly and he recognized my problem immediately. Tony is the best of the best. My fiance has a Rolex that needed to be serviced, Tony was recommended to me by a friend. Her watch came back working like it was new. The price was HUNDREDS less than having it sent off to Rolex, plus we had him do an appraisal on the piece as well. I can't say enough about his workmanship.
