I had a fantastic experience with the Life Storage on Petty Rd in Durham for my short term storage needs. The online system was super easy to use, both for initial set up and monthly payments. The unit itself and the facilities in general are very clean and well maintained.

Ryan, the customer service associate, was incredibly friendly, competent, and easy to work with. He walked me comfortably through both getting the unit, and vacating it two months later, making the whole experience easy, pleasant, and straightforward.

Moving was hard; this wasn't. Highly recommend.

Have been with Cube Smart for sometime now like that the location is secured and clean aside from that I would like to point out the Customer Service from Laura is absolutely remarkable she is very kind and welcoming. She understands that many people are in transitions typically using storage units and she absolutely makes you feel trusted that your Earthly belongings are in good hands. I would have to say Laura is the main reason I continue to use facility She is always a delight. I truly hopes she gets the recognition she deserves.
