Literally the best of both worlds that combines elements of a gym membership and personal training. Classes are fun and really intense! The coaches are very motivational and give plenty of individual attention where needed. I’m a new member but everyone at the front desk treats me as if I’ve been going there for years. So happy I found this place!

This place has literally changed my life and given me back my health. The staff are kind and encouraging never judging or pressuring you to do something you are uncomfortable with. It’s more the opposite they are constantly helping you modify the routine so you get the best workout possible for yourself. I never leave reviews but I am leaving this here in hopes that maybe someday someone will see it and give this place a chance! Just go to OTF Oakville already you won’t regret it!
