  I went to Neustaedter's with earrings to repair, intending to buy a new pair as well. Instead of just a business transaction, it was a TOTALLY DELIGHTFUL EXPERIENCE!!! Jewelry stores intimidate me but this was like walking into a group of lifelong friends (who happen to be talented jewelers!) Diana greeted me immediately and we started talking about earrings. She listened carefully and showed me some that were exactly what I had in mind. I didn't feel any pressure to buy earrings that were flashier or more expensive -- these are perfect. While we were looking, she introduced me to everyone else who was working and showed me her dad's incredible engraving work. It was such a fun experience! She also told me that they would repair my original pair on site rather than shipping them off for repair. How rare is this??? I always try to shop local AND A FAMILY-OWNED BUSINESS IS EVEN MORE SPECIAL...I have told my friends about their beautiful jewelry, their prices, their friendliness and professionalism. A++

  First, I had met Richard, a few months ago. He gave me his business card, and told me to come in if I ever needed a jeweler. My most loved necklace had a broken clasp. Richard recommended a double lock clasp. Fabulous! Everyone was so pleasant & professional! And, my necklace clasp was repaired so quickly and prettily. Neustaedter’s is my new wonderful jewelry store!!!

  Words cannot describe the remarkable experience I had with the family and employees of Neustaedter’s Fine Jewelry. The family and employees made me feel as if I was their most important customer, and I couldn’t be happier with the piece they created. I spent approximately $800 and was treated as if I had spent a million. I honestly will never go to another jeweler as long as Neustaedter remains in business. Although this was my experience, I am certain yours will be no different. Go see for yourself. I was AMAZED!!!!

  Talk about a family owned business you want to keep going back to. My fiancé and I both absolutely love Neustaedter’s. We were introduced to them by family. I got her engagement ring here first. We eventually went back (we live 3hrs from here) to pick out my wedding band and her wedding band! We’ve had the pleasure of working with Diana both times! She is wonderful, extremely helpful and patient. They want to help you find something that means a lot to you and not just a sale like other places we looked at. Great family business!!!
