    Update: Received a call from their office and all my concerns have either been addressed or in the process of being taken care of. Honestly could not have asked for better customer services after the fact! Thank You

    Went to visit a relative for the first time, had a rough first visit. My relative who can't get up and walk very well had a call light that did not work since being admitted. The facility seems clean & quiet. CNA's were very nice.
