MD West ONE - Fountain Ridge

As a first time patient and a walk in for urgent care I was very pleased with my entire experience. I was greeted immediately by a receptionist who started the intake process right away. I didn’t even have my information completed before I was called back to an exam room. The nurse completed her questions quickly and I was then escorted to the x-ray room where my tests were completed easily and efficiently. Shaun, PA was so personable and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good things about my experience.

I use Dr. Rosipal and I also use Dr. Phillips and Matt at MD West one. This is the best place to go for shoulders and knees. The wait time in the office is almost none. They have all the essentials that they need at their offices, so you don’t have to go to different buildings or hospitals to get x-rays and such. I feel in my own decision that it moves along the process of what needs to be fixed so there’s no going home taking medicine for two weeks and if it looks like it’s still bothering you come back and will look at it again. The nurses and staff are very efficient and helpful as well!!

I’ve searched for doctors who will take me seriously when I say I’m in pain and listening with understanding and not as another whiny person. The staff at the entry doors, the reception desk and care staff in the office were very professional. I would not hesitate to let others know how my appointment went at MD West.
