I had almost given up all hope until I was connected with Alyssa in the billing department at Total Respiratory. She went above and beyond clearing everything up, thoroughly explaining my invoice and EOB, and was genuinely such a nice person to deal with. Healthcare/Insurance in general can be a struggle to deal with but Alyssa was wonderful!!
