(February 15, 2022, 4:38 am)Fitted for orthotic shoes. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. The tech helped me find the right type of shoes and took extra time making sure measurements were correct, addressing any issues I had with my feet, and fit would be comfortable. Said anytime I had any problem with the shoes no matter how small, bring them back and they would make any necessary adjustments as many times as necessary, no charge. Love these people!

(December 12, 2020, 11:23 am)We have seen Jacob since our boy was 7 mos old. He is now 2 yrs old. All this time we’ve had the best experience. Jacob is patient, kind, and he shares all his knowledge in order for us, as parents, to make the best decision for our little one. He has been an answer to prayers! (Front desk did have some new hires and we had a couple of hiccups, however, with proper communication and patience, all was resolved).
