  Nebraska Core and Pelvic Therapy is amazing! Krysta truly is so helpful. I go in with an issue and she has a solution. I just had my second baby and core + pelvic therapy is a must to prevent so many issues. I didn't realize how weak my core really was until I started. Plus they have an amazing app to help you remember all of the exercises and stretches you go over.
  Oh and they started a daycare for the morning session which is so convenient. But even if it isn't available the ladies there never hesitate to hold the babies while you do your exercises. Seriously the best place hands down.

  I could not recommend these amazing ladies more highly! I started core and pelvic floor therapy about 12 weeks after my unplanned C-section. Not only did Emily and Britnee help me rebuild my core but also took great care of my incision and scar tissue with massage and cupping. I bring my baby with me to my appointments which makes daytime appointments super convenient! Couldn't be more grateful to have their support on my recovery journey!

  I saw Dr. Kelly for an initial evaluation, she was phenomenal. I’ve seen many PTs over the years and I finally feel like I’ve found someone who will help. She was easy to talk to, friendly, clear in her instructions and patient. 10/10 highly recommend. Plus! The facility is beautiful.

  I love Nebraska Core and Pelvic Therapy. They have been so great and flexible with my chaotic schedule. The at home workouts assigned in the app are easy enough that I can get them done before my kids are up for the day or during nap time. I have mainly worked with Emily (who is the best!), but all of the girls are professional, supportive and enjoyable to work with.

  My experience with Krysta at Nebraska Core & Pelvic Therapy has been nothing short of empowering and educational for birth prep, and I look forward to coming back postpartum to get back to my full fitness and strength! I highly recommend this for all expecting women, there’s so much more you can do to prepare yourself and these ladies are all here to help.
